The Columbia coffee selected by Caffè Italia is the best Arabica in the country, grown on heights of more than 1300m. Its precious taste is directed to refined palates and is incomparable for its aroma and body.
It is characterised by an outstanding aroma of flowers, undertones of honey beeswax and grains. The espresso emits fragrances of toasted bread and biscuits. The most attentive will also capture notes of spices: pepper, nutmeg, cloves, tea, licorice and tobacco.
